Laurie Pink is an illustrator/street artist living & working in Greater Manchester. Graduating from Norwich School of Art & Design in 2003, she moved to Manchester soon afterwards. She became a regular at the monthly Sketch City night held at The Contact Theatre. She is now a member of the Sketch City Collective, and often one of the ‘featured artists’ on Sketch City flyers.

Equally at home working on paper, canvas, or great big walls, with pens, acrylics or spray paints, Laurie has worked as a live painter at the final D:Percussion festival, the Northern Quarter’s 2007 Burnt To The Ground festival and, most recently, drawing in both the Manchester & Nottingham Diesel shops. Laurie also exhibited at the inaugural exhibition of Upper Space, the North West’s first Street Art themed gallery, and designs the monthly Trof Times for the Trof bars in central Manchester and Fallowfield.

Her work can be seen in and around a number of bars and shops in the Manchester area as well as on the top floor of the newly re-opened Afflecks.
